2017 NARI “Remmie” Winner LEFF Construction Design Build

LEFF CONSTRUCTION DESIGN BUILD WINS TWO NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF THE REMODELING INDUSTRY (NARI) AWARDS!

San Francisco was the scene of the annual “Remmie” awards last night, a regional remodeling industry competition open to NARI chapters in San Francisco, Diablo Valley, and the North Bay. Representing the North Bay, Dave Leff, CEO of LEFF Construction Design Build, accepted two coveted award plaques for remodeling projects in the following categories:

• Entire House Remodel – $500,000 – $750,00
• Entire House Over $1,000,000

The first winning project was a whole-home remodel located in the Parkland Hills neighborhood of Healdsburg, CA; the second winning project was a major excavation, addition and remodel of a home in the hillside area of the Oakmont community in Santa Rosa, CA.

Winners were selected by an impartial panel of judges who are experts from within the industry; the evaluation process is done without revealing company names. Entries were judged on functionality, problem-solving, aesthetics, craftsmanship, innovation, the degree of difficulty, and entry presentation.

Dave Leff commented: “Each person on the team here at LEFF played an integral part in creating these beautiful, functional projects that met our clients’ vision for how they wanted to live in their homes. It’s really a privilege to make our clients happy, and I’m very proud of our very talented team of planners, designers, managers and staff…thanks to all of you!”
