Celebrating a New Kind of Garage: Where Storage, Laundry, and Doggie Spa Days Collide!

We just wrapped up a project that’s got us grinning from ear to ear—and we’re pretty sure the homeowner (and her four-legged family members) are feeling the same way!

The Challenge

Picture this: a garage that’s just… well, a garage. A place for cars, maybe a few boxes, and not much else. Our client wanted to change all that. She dreamed of a space that wasn’t just practical—it had to be joyful, organized, and a little bit magical for every member of the family, paws included.

The Transformation

1. Cabinetry & Storage That Actually Makes Sense
We started by designing cabinetry and storage solutions that actually work for real life. That means a place for everything, including a dedicated cabinet just for the Christmas tree (because nobody wants to wrestle with tangled lights or pine needles in January).

2. Laundry, Leveled Up
No more hauling baskets up and down stairs! We created a brand-new laundry area right on the main level, complete with built-in storage so detergent, dryer sheets, and all the little laundry helpers have a home of their own.

3. The Star of the Show: The Dog Wash Station
But the real showstopper? A custom dog wash station designed for the homeowners’ beloved black Labs. This isn’t just any old tub—it’s a spa experience for pups! We added a custom tile detail (because every dog deserves a little flair) and pullout stairs so even the most pampered pooch can hop in with ease.

Why We Love This Project

This project was all about making everyday life easier, more organized, and a whole lot more fun. It’s not just a garage anymore—it’s a hub for family life, a place where chores feel less like chores and more like part of the adventure. And let’s be honest: who wouldn’t want to give their dog the royal treatment?

Cheers to a Job Well Done!

We’re so proud of how this space turned out, and even prouder to have worked with such wonderful clients. Here’s to more projects that make life a little brighter—and a little more organized—for everyone, two legs or four.
