Vista Azul

An elegant Victorian-built home in a historical district required an equally elegant touch to meet the needs of the homeowners. They required enough space to host visiting grandparents and entertain their wide circle of friends while also keeping true to the 1920s architectural style. Our answer was to expand the space by reducing the number of rooms that housed bulky utilities and equipment (all of which were promptly replaced and brought back up to code). This opened up the kitchen and dining area, bringing an authentic grandeur to its interior design that featured refurbished and repurposed period-style pieces.
