Petitely Pinot

An accessory storage building without a purpose was to become the site of a furnished pool house for the homeowners to welcome and entertain guests. The exterior was redesigned to reflect the architecture of the larger homeowner property while maintaining the surrounding pathways and vineyard landscape. The limits of the single-story structure challenged us to build a floor plan that separated the utility of the pool house with the guest house accommodations, ensuring enough space for cleaning and comfortable living—featuring glass doors to enhance the eye-opening view of the pool and surrounding landscape.
