Pointe of View

It was the perfect location for the homeowners, but the convoluted and outdated two-story interior was in the way. Removing the wall that separated the dining room and kitchen, the newly opened main level interior blossomed with natural light and durable surfaces to sustain the multitude of guests and four-legged friends who would visit. We also removed windows to restore privacy and grace to the master bedroom area. The lower level needed to accommodate casual gatherings, an exercise room, and a new office, so we relocated the laundry room to make way for a more livable space.
