When there is beauty all around you, you want to invite it into your home. For this new home, we took a contemporary approach that incorporated energy efficient materials as well as sustainable design techniques throughout our build. We implemented a passive solar design that utilizes sunlight’s natural energy to heat and cool spaces within the home so that homeowners and guests alike can enjoy the magnificent and sprawling comfort of their new home.

Overview
LEFF built us the most perfectly beautiful house I could ever have imagined! The team was so helpful in guiding us through the process of rebuilding after we last our home in the Tubb’s Fire. I don’t think there was ever a week that there weren’t crew members and subcontractors here on the building site working hard to get the job done.
